Cut-Off Time
Our daily processing cut-off is based on PST (GMT-07:00). Orders placed before this time may be processed the same day, while orders placed after will move to the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer Standard US Shipping only.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 5–10 business days
  • Estimated delivery: typically within 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Fee
We offer a simple flat shipping rate on all orders:

Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase, as we are unable to guarantee delivery if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@imperialiris.shop. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow your shipment through our tracking page. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is taking longer than expected or appears to be lost, please reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
