How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $6.65 on all orders within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through our tracking page. Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, depending on availability.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
