30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imperialiris.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@imperialiris.shop within 48 hours with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only and are subject to product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. They are not eligible for retroactive refunds.
